About Cameron Kinloch
Cameron Kinloch sits on the boards of EROAD and Copper Cow Coffee as an independent director. Previously, Cameron was an independent board director at HSS where she chaired the strategic planning committee and was also a finance committee member. In that role, she guided the board and the chief executive officer through the firm’s merger and acquisition (M&A) exit to private equity.
She leverages her accreditation through the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) to transform companies and boardroom cultures for continuous improvement, prepare companies to be future-ready, and strengthen investor trust. Over her long career as a board member and in various capacities as a chief financial officer and chief operating officer, she has guided several companies to incorporate progressive governance and financial planning strategies.
Cameron Kinloch holds a bachelor of arts in economics from Harvard College, where she graduated magna cum laude. She also has a master's degree in business management from Harvard Business School. While a graduate student, she mentored undergraduates at Harvard College.
